Is this coaching session?

No. We're not here to teach you sales or pricing frameworks; you already know how to sell, that's how you got booked out. This is a working session where we build a map of your actual business with you, not a lesson.

I don't really have a "process" because it's all in my head. Can we still do this?

That's exactly who this is for. Most of what we map in this session has never been written down anywhere. Our job is to pull it out of your head and lay it out where you and your team can both see it.

Will this replace people on my team?

No. The goal is the opposite: to take work off your plate and your team's plate by fixing what's broken or missing in the process, and by showing you where AI can take over repetitive parts of the work. That's leverage for your team, not a replacement for it.

What if I'm already using ClickUp / Notion / another project management tool?
