The Sprint is our signature program where we work with clients 1:1 over the course of 4 weeks running the Scaleyard Process through their business..
That means that by the end of the 30 days, they will have:
- An Market Of One Positioning Playbook™ this is a series of tools that allow you to showcase your expertise so that you position yourself as the expert quality customers are looking to work with, allowing you to close projects faster with clients with bigger budgets.
- A Profitable Signature Service™ this is a premium signature offer designed to solve a pre-defined problem for an ideal customer so that you increase your value and your prices without increasing your workload.
- A Scalable Delivery System™ this transforms the way you deliver your service so that you stop being the bottleneck in your business, increasing capacity, and allowing you to build a small and affordable team you can trust so that you reclaim your time and focus on growing your business further.
It's a Sprint because the idea is to install all the systems in your business within 4 weeks and then continue supporting you with their implementation.
