Is this coaching session?

No. This is a working session where we build a map of your actual business with you, run them through our Scaleyard 3E Framework, and identify what's missing, what's holding you back, and where to double down.

I don't really have a "process" because it's all in my head. Can we still do this?

That's exactly who this is for. Most of what we map in this session has never been written down anywhere. Our job is to pull it out of your head and lay it out where you and your team can both see it.

Will this replace people on my team?
