The first 3 weeks, you can expect to do about 7 hours each week, then you'll drop to around 3 hours per week. These is based on how things have been designed, the final amount will vary but, on average this is what it takes our customers to transform their business.
We start by productizing your offer so that you can increase value, your prices, and your profits. Once we have that, we proceed to map out your intellectual property (IP). This allows us to capture your unique methodology so that we can build, tailor, and install the tools you need to deliver your new, premium signature service, while you now have a process to get your team to perform like you without wasting your time.
Within 10 days, you'll have crystal clarity on who your ideal customer is, how to find them, and what to say to them. Within 3 weeks, you'll have developed your Productized Signature Offer which you can start selling to ideal customers.
