The starting point

Life Priorities Changed, The Business No Longer Matched

Victoria loves design and has a unique experience, but becoming a mom changed things for her.

She doesn't want to work 12 hour days as a freelancer, she wants to build a business that allows her to earn more while still giving her the freedom to be present for the family.

By the end of our work, Victoria was having calls with larger companies, quoting projects for up to 25.000 eur.

Onboarded an intern, gave business advice to an old boss turned entrepreneur, and had a system to onboard and deliver her service to new clients.

But above all, she had clarity. She knew exactly what she needed to do every day to get leads, taking control of her cash flow.

Now she just needs to stay consistent.

She had positioned her studio as a branding expert for non-profits, but after taking a closer look at her business, we uncovered something unique.

Thanks to her experience, she had a powerful combination of skills that made her an asset to companies that need to publish a report.

Especially as we positioned her to cover a gap we found in the market left by other service providers.

So we double down on that experience and tailored her offer to the needs of those bigger companies, resulting in a Productized Signature Offer her clients couldn't get anywhere else.

We mapped out her entire production process to identify bottlenecks and design a rewarding customer experience.

And finally, we built a delivery and operation system to replace Trello and email so that she could run her business and projects without being in the middle of it.

Making it easier to integrate her intern and take over the work without sacrificing quality.
